Meet Denny.

Denny Faurote is the founder of The Faurote Group. As a professional trainer, consultant and executive coach, he has successfully developed and delivered hundreds of programs to thousands of people around the world. Denny is also a highly sought after keynote speaker. His favorite topics include life fulfillment, servant leadership, teamwork, relationship strategies, communication, generations and ethics.

He began his career as a CPA for an international accounting firm. After eight years of working on the client service side of the business, Denny worked another seven years in human resources and recruiting. This experience gives him a unique perspective and a keen understanding of business operations and people development.

Denny is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and holds certifications as a Predictive Index Analyst, Platinum Rule™ Personality Style Analyst, and Coach – supporting success. He has also been recognized numerous times by the Indiana CPA Society as the “Outstanding Discussion Leader” and has also been awarded the “Outstanding CPA in Business Award” by the Society. Denny is also an adjunct professor at Indiana University Kelley School of Business where he teaches leadership at the graduate level.


Meet Sarah.

As a Principal at The Faurote Group, Sarah serves as a professional trainer, consultant, and executive coach to our clients.  Her specialties include customized training programs for developing strong leaders, personalized coaching plans to assist in determining and achieving goals, as well as customized support for corporate initiatives for maximizing success.  She has multiple certifications including the Emotional Intelligence instruments EQI2.0® and EQ360® as well as DISC, Platinum Rule™, Predicative Index™, and being a certified Corporate Athlete®.

With a strong business background in public accounting and years in Corporate Talent Development, Sarah brings a unique perspective to all levels of employees amongst a variety of industries.  Her passion for helping others grow in an effort to capitalize an organization’s most precious resource, its people, creates a dynamic and powerful formula for results.

In addition, she is actively involved in developing the young leaders of tomorrow, serving on the board of directors of the nationally acclaimed Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Program.


Meet JoDee.

JoDee Curtis is an associate of The Faurote Group and provides training, coaching and human resource consultation. She has developed and delivered programs in a variety of areas, including Benefits, Recruiting, Wellness, Mentoring, Performance Development, Creative Problem Solving and On-boarding & Strategic Planning.

She has more than nine years of experience as a practicing CPA with a regional CPA firm, and eventually became the Director of Operations for the Indiana Region. JoDee has been the CFO of an Indianapolis business, as well as Vice President of Human Resources for a $100 million business, and Director of HR for a public accounting and consulting firm. Under her guidance, the firm received both “Best Place to Work” and “Healthiest Place to Work” in Indiana.

JoDee is a Certified Public Accountant, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds certifications as a Predictive Index Analyst and a Creative Problem Solver. She is currently a member of the SHRM and AICPA and serves on the Board of Directors of Indy SHRM and the Carmel Library Foundation.


Meet Cassandra.

Cassandra is a strategic partner of The Faurote Group. She helps companies innovate total rewards to motivate and inspire people to achieve excellence. As President of Total Reward Solutions, she specializes in compensation, benefits, reward & recognition and performance management.

More than 20 years of human resource experience in the insurance, medical device and banking industries give Cassandra a deep understanding of what human resource operations demand. She has also consulted in the health care, waste management, distribution, equipment dealer, wellness, security and benefits consulting industries.

Cassandra holds two certifications – Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She has also taught in the human resources certificate program at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Cassandra has published 10 Ways to Use Your Merit Dollars, an article in Workspan, a World at Work publication.


Meet Diane & Tom.

As strategic partners with The Faurote Group, Diane Brown and Tom Porter bring more than 50 years of collective human resource and professional service experience to the table. Through Aspire! LLC, they use effective people strategies and positive change to help firms maximize performance.

Diane and Tom are organizational development consultants, serving CPA firms, law firms, financial advisory firms and other professional service firms. They help senior executives and owners with organizational effectiveness, strategic human resources, succession management, leadership development, partner relationship building, client relationship management and business development.

When it comes to human resources, Diane and Tom have helped firms evaluate human resource strategy and effectiveness, improve selection results and fit, re-engineer performance management systems, execute individual development planning performance and career planning, build a feedback culture and enhance execution of career paths.

Prior to founding Aspire!, LLC in 2001, Diane spent more than 12 years with a large regional accounting and consulting firm. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a CPA (inactive). Tom is also a CPA (inactive) and had a 30-year career with Olive LLP, a regional accounting and consulting firm. For 20 of those years, Tom served as a Partner and the firm‘s Director of Human Resources. He also served as Marketing Director for seven years.


Meet Gary.

Gary Vickrey is a strategic partner of The Faurote Group. He specializes in the selection, assessment and development of senior leaders worldwide. As President and CEO of Jackson Leadership Systems USA, he constructs and implements Leadership Development Academies for professional service firms and other organizations in Asia, the United States, Canada and South America.

More than a decade of consulting experience combined with an extensive background in human behavior enable Gary to create effective growth and development strategies for his clients. He excels in succession planning, talent management, relationship coaching and conflict management. Gary is also a seasoned presenter. He uses a genuine, engaging approach to teach a variety of topics, including integrity, empathic listening and communication, rewards and recognition and strategic thinking.

Gary is an Air Force Veteran and holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and an M.S. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the University of Idaho.


Meet Julie.

Julie Yesnick, CPM ® has a long and meaningful career in management as well as education for the past 20+ years.  Julie is a professional trainer and creator of specialized coursework to help each individual and team be at their very best.

Julie is a certified Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute Corporate Athlete®.  She is also certified in numerous Emotional Intelligence instruments such as EQI2.0®, EQ360®, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, FIRO-b®, CPi260°® and 360° Evaluation®.  These instruments aide Julie in every aspect of training, facilitation and coaching session for improving energy and human performance.

All her certifications and life experience are vital to Employee Team Building via assessment and Emotional Intelligence training.  Julie also provides meeting facilitation, development of curriculum, policy and training manuals, leadership coaching and modeling, as well as development and delivery of original educational content.  Her goal is to “Grow Key Employees for Optimal Results”.

Julie has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM)® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)® and was 2015/2016  National Chairperson for the Education & Knowledge Products Committee for IREM®.  This volunteer role as Chairperson was to facilitate educational progress and and be the most elite venue for members by utilizing, refining and delivering IREM® Education & Knowledge Products for all facets real estate management.
