Meet Denny

Denny Faurote is the founder of The Faurote Group. He is a professional trainer, consultant and executive coach.  He is also a highly sought-after keynote speaker.  His most popular topics are Bounce Back Factors (resilience and hardiness), servant leadership, emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0® model), building teams, and cultivating executive presence both in-person and virtually.  Denny’s creed is to help others succeed in the challenges of life.    

Denny provides a unique perspective combining the business savvy of an accounting career and CPA with the human touch.  Prior to founding The Faurote Group in 2000, Denny worked for an international public accounting firm in both a client service role and HR leader. Since 2000 he has developed and delivered engaging and transformative programs to thousands of people around the world. He’s coached executives and managers to achieve higher levels of performance. Denny’s background and in-depth knowledge of business and people development provide his clients with unparalleled service to engage and retain talent, increase levels of customer service, improve profitability, build leaders, and create a fun and productive learning culture.  

Denny has a bachelor's degree in accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and holds certifications as a Predictive Index™ analyst, Platinum Rule™ Personality Style analyst, DISC Style analyst and coach, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®) Coach, Master Trainer in the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®, The Corporate Athlete®, Powered for Life™, Hardiness Resilience Gauge™, Supporting Success, and Lifeprint to Living and Leading™.  He has been recognized numerous times by the Indiana CPA Society as the “Outstanding Discussion Leader” and was awarded the “Outstanding CPA in Business Award” by the Society.  He is also an adjunct professor at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where he teaches leadership at the graduate level. 

Meet Sarah

As a Principal at The Faurote Group, Sarah serves as a professional trainer, consultant, and executive coach to our clients.  Her specialties include customized training programs for developing strong leaders, personalized coaching plans to assist in determining and achieving goals, as well as customized support for corporate initiatives for maximizing success.  She has multiple certifications including the Emotional Intelligence instruments EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® as well as DISC, Platinum Rule™, Predicative Index™, and being a certified Corporate Athlete®.

With a strong business background in public accounting and years in Corporate Talent Development, Sarah brings a unique perspective to all levels of employees amongst a variety of industries.  Her passion for helping others grow in an effort to capitalize an organization’s most precious resource, its people, creates a dynamic and powerful formula for results.

In addition, she is actively involved in developing the young leaders of tomorrow, serving on the board of directors of the nationally acclaimed Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Program.

Meet JoDee

JoDee Curtis is an associate of The Faurote Group and provides training, coaching and human resource consultation. She has developed and delivered programs in a variety of areas, including Creative Problem Solving, Storytelling, CliftonSTrengths®, Advanced Human Resource Business Partner Skills, and more.

She has more than nine years of experience as a practicing CPA with a regional CPA firm, and eventually became the Director of Operations for the Indiana Region. JoDee has been a CFO, as well as Vice President of Human Resources for a $100 million business, and Director of HR for a public accounting and consulting firm. Under her guidance, the firm received both “Best Place to Work” and “Healthiest Place to Work” in Indiana.

JoDee is a Certified Public Accountant, a Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds certifications as a Predictive Index Analyst and a Creative Problem Solver, CliftonSTrengths® coach, DiSC, and 5 Behaviors of a Team. She is currently a member of the SHRM, ATD, and AICPA and serves on HR Indiana State Council, board member of FORUM credit union, and The O’Connor House.

Meet Cassandra

Cassandra is a strategic partner of The Faurote Group and is the Founder and CEO of Total Reward Solutions.  Her team helps companies innovate compensation and total rewards to motivate and inspire people to achieve excellence.  They have been helping clients since 2005 and are a WBE certified company. 
 
Cassandra is a respected compensation expert and employee rewards consultant who designs effective and competitive compensation and total reward programs for corporate clients. Author of the book Compensation Sense 101: Common Sense Answers to Your Questions about Employee Compensation and Total Rewards, Cassandra has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and compensation and has consulted in over 30+ different industries.    
 
Cassandra holds the designations of CCP, SPHR and SHRM-SCP. She has authored articles in World at Work publications, Inside Indiana Perspectives, Louisville Business Journal, Kentucky SHRM, and HR Professionals Magazine.  She serves as the Board Chair for the Greater Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, and is an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses entrepreneurship training program, an elite invitation-only group of small business owners.

Meet Shatanese

Shatanese Reese is a certified EQi – 2.0 coach and facilitator with over twenty years of HR experience. Her career spans industries such as retail, banking and higher education. She has conducted training in every role she has held during her career as facilitating learning is a passion of hers. Her training sessions have covered topics ranging from effective performance management, talent acquisition strategies, navigating employee relations matters as well as implementation of new HR-specific systems. Shatanese partners with managers and teams to ensure their greatest potential is reached through engaging and powerfully packed workshops.

Using a wide variety of methods to reach the learner, Shatanese is known for the inclusion of role plays, group discussions, individual reflection and other means of tapping into the various learning styles of the adult learner. She is adept with content development, targeted training modules and facilitating focused, professional development opportunities for all levels of an organization.

Shatanese is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and John Maxwell certified coach and speaker. She is also owner of Shatanese Reese, LLC, an HR Consultancy, which offers customized leadership development workshops.

Meet Diane, David & Tom

As strategic partners with The Faurote Group, Diane Brown, David Graham, and Tom Porter, the Principals of Archos Advisors LLC, provide proven solutions necessary for organizations to grow, build strong cultures, and elevate strategy with hands-on personal guidance to ensure sustainable success. 

Diane, Dave, and Tom have often been told that they are not “ordinary” consultants.  Why? Because they work shoulder-to-shoulder with their clients, creating customized, client-centric solutions to deliver value in a sustainable way.  They advise and support leaders in achieving success. They consult, coach, and develop people. Ultimately, they stick around to ensure their clients build internal capabilities and achieve lasting behavior change for meaningful results.

Archos Advisors has a rich history and has provided customized solutions since 2001.  Before Archos, Diane spent more than 12 years with a large regional accounting and consulting firm. She is a SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP), a CPA (inactive), and a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional. 

Prior to joining Archos in 2015, Dave was a business and sales leader with experience in both financial and professional services, with a reputation for turning around struggling business units and making them both profitable and sustainable.  He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a Certified Employee Engagement Champion. 

Before serving as an independent consultant, Tom spent 30 years with the regional CPA firm Olive LLP (now BKD LLP), 20 of those years as a Partner and the firm's Director of Human Resources and seven years as the firm's Director of Marketing.  Tom is a CPA (inactive) with an undergraduate degree in Personnel Administration and an MBA in Organizational Psychology and Group Dynamics.
