Denny provides a unique perspective combining the business savvy of an accounting career and CPA with the human touch. Prior to founding The Faurote Group in 2000, Denny worked for an international public accounting firm in both a client service role and HR leader. Since 2000 he has developed and delivered engaging and transformative programs to thousands of people around the world. He’s coached executives and managers to achieve higher levels of performance. Denny’s background and in-depth knowledge of business and people development provide his clients with unparalleled service to engage and retain talent, increase levels of customer service, improve profitability, build leaders, and create a fun and productive learning culture.
Denny has a bachelor's degree in accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and holds certifications as a Predictive Index™ analyst, Platinum Rule™ Personality Style analyst, DISC Style analyst and coach, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®) Coach, Master Trainer in the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®, The Corporate Athlete®, Powered for Life™, Hardiness Resilience Gauge™, Supporting Success, and Lifeprint to Living and Leading™. He has been recognized numerous times by the Indiana CPA Society as the “Outstanding Discussion Leader” and was awarded the “Outstanding CPA in Business Award” by the Society. He is also an adjunct professor at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where he teaches leadership at the graduate level.
